Website Design & Development That Turns Visits into Business
Your website is the only salesperson who works every hour, in every city, without a salary. For most Pakistani businesses it is also the weakest: a slow template site, built years ago, that says little, loads slowly on mobile, and gives visitors no clear reason — or easy way — to enquire. Meanwhile your ads and social posts send hard-won traffic into that leaky bucket.

Pakistan Web is a website design company in Karachi that builds differently. Every site we ship is designed around a commercial job: the enquiries, bookings or sales it must produce. That means strategy before screens — we map your buyers, your offer and your competitors first — then design, content and engineering are executed as one integrated build, including the technical SEO foundations most design-only firms skip.
We publish our website pricing on this website, in PKR, with scopes and exclusions in plain language. A landing page starts at PKR 15,000–35,000; full e-commerce builds run to PKR 350,000+. Whatever the tier, you own your website, your domain and your content outright. No lock-in, no monthly ransom for your own asset.
The Problems We Solve
Sound familiar?
Your website looks fine but produces nothing
A site can be visually pleasant and commercially useless: no clear offer, no trust signals where decisions happen, contact details buried, and forms that feel like job applications. Design that does not convert is decoration.
It was built for desktop. Your customers are on phones.
The overwhelming majority of Pakistani web traffic is mobile. Sites that pinch, crawl and hide their call buttons on phones waste the majority of every marketing rupee spent driving traffic to them.
You cannot update anything without paying a developer
If changing a price, a photo or a paragraph requires a support ticket and a week, your website will quietly rot. We build on manageable platforms and train you to run the everyday updates yourself.
Nobody thought about Google during the build
Retrofitting SEO onto a badly structured site costs more than building it in. URL structure, page hierarchy, metadata, schema and speed are decisions made at build time — or problems inherited for years.
Our Methodology
How we deliver Web Design.
1. Discovery and sitemap strategy
We define the site’s commercial job, its audiences, and the page architecture — every page mapped to a search intent and a conversion goal before any design begins.
2. Content and copywriting
We write or restructure your copy with you: clear offers, honest proof, service detail that answers real buyer questions. You approve every word; nothing goes live in lorem ipsum or inflated claims.
3. Design direction
A distinctive visual direction built for your brand — not a reskinned template. You review homepage and key-page designs, with revision rounds defined in your package, before development starts.
4. Development and SEO foundations
Fast, responsive development with technical SEO built in: semantic structure, metadata, schema, optimised images, analytics and Search Console configured from day one.
5. Testing, training and launch
Cross-device testing, form and checkout verification, speed checks, and a recorded training session so your team can update the site confidently. Launch includes redirect mapping if an old site is being replaced.
Design decisions that make or break enquiries
After building and reviewing many business websites, the conversion killers are remarkably consistent. The first is an unclear opening screen: a visitor gives a new page roughly five seconds to answer "am I in the right place, do they do what I need, and what do I do next?" Hero sections written as poetry fail all three questions. Ours are written as answers — service, audience, differentiator, action — with the primary contact route visible without scrolling, on a phone, with a thumb.
The second killer is misplaced proof. Businesses hide their strongest trust material — real project detail, credentials, transparent pricing, process explanations — on an About page nobody visits, while the service pages where decisions happen carry nothing but claims. We distribute proof to the point of decision: process and pricing guidance on service pages, detailed capability content where buyers evaluate, and honest limitation statements that, paradoxically, increase trust more than superlatives do.
The third is friction disguised as thoroughness: enquiry forms demanding ten fields, phone numbers rendered as images, WhatsApp buttons that vanish on mobile. Every field and click between intent and contact costs enquiries. Our forms ask only what a first conversation needs, our call and WhatsApp actions are persistent on mobile, and page-weight budgets keep the whole experience fast on the mid-range Android devices most of Pakistan browses with. Design is not what the site looks like in our presentation; it is what it does on your customer’s phone, on their network, at the moment they decide.

Pricing guidance
One-time website pricing at Pakistan Web: Landing Page PKR 15,000–35,000; Starter Business Website PKR 30,000–60,000; Professional Business Website PKR 60,000–150,000; Corporate Website PKR 100,000–250,000+; E-commerce Website PKR 80,000–350,000+; custom web applications are quoted per requirements. Each tier’s scope, page counts and exclusions are set out on the pricing page.
Note what is deliberately not bundled into build prices: ongoing maintenance, hosting renewals and content updates after the support window are separate, so you never pay for care you do not use. If you want them handled, we offer care arrangements quoted plainly after launch.
Getting Started
Your first 90 days with Pakistan Web.
Week 1 · Strategy and sitemap
Discovery call, audience and competitor review, and a sitemap where every page has a search intent and a conversion job. You approve the architecture before anything is designed — this is the meeting that prevents expensive regrets.
Weeks 2–4 · Content and design
Copy is written with you and approved page by page; the design direction is presented on the homepage and a key inner page first, revised through your included rounds, then extended across the site system.
Weeks 4–8 · Build, test, launch
Development with SEO foundations built in, cross-device testing, form and speed verification, CMS training for your team, and a staged launch — with redirects mapped if an old site is being replaced.
Use Cases
Who this is for.
Businesses replacing an underperforming site
If your current site brings traffic but no business, a rebuild planned around conversion — clearer offers, proof near decisions, frictionless contact — usually pays for itself faster than more advertising into the old one.
New ventures that need to look established
Startups and new divisions cannot afford to look provisional. A properly designed site with honest, specific content lets a young company compete for contracts against older, bigger names.
Companies whose sales happen offline
For B2B and professional firms, the website’s job is credibility and enquiry generation: detailed service pages, capability proof and easy contact routes that support a human sales process.
Is this the right service for you?
This fits businesses whose current site under-sells them, startups that need to look established, and companies tired of developer dependence. If your existing site converts well and simply needs more traffic, keep it — we would rather sell you the growth services than a rebuild you do not need.
How success is measured and reported
A website project reports in milestones, not mysteries. You approve the sitemap before design, the copy before it is designed around, and the design before it is built — each approval is a written checkpoint with a date, so the project’s state is never a matter of opinion. During the build you receive a staging link that shows real progress, and the launch report covers the full QA record: devices and browsers tested, form and checkout verifications, speed measurements, redirect checks where a previous site existed, and the analytics and Search Console confirmations. After launch, the number that matters is performance against the job the site was built for: enquiry volume and conversion rate compared with the old site’s baseline, search visibility movement across the first quarter, and the pages visitors actually use. If you continue into a growth retainer, those baselines become the opening chapter of monthly reporting. Your site is also documented for independence: platform, licences, access credentials and update training are all handed over, in writing, at launch.
FAQs
Web Design questions, answered.
What should we budget for a professional website?
It depends on scope. Focused landing pages run PKR 15,000–35,000; most professional business websites fall between PKR 60,000 and 150,000; e-commerce and corporate builds go higher. Our full schedule with tier scopes is published on the pricing page — the ranges are real, and your fixed quote follows a short scoping conversation.
How long does a website take to build?
A starter site typically launches in 2–3 weeks; professional and corporate builds in 4–8 weeks; e-commerce in 5–10 weeks depending on catalogue size. Timelines assume timely content approvals — your proposal states the schedule and what we need from you at each stage.
Can we purchase website development separately from marketing?
Yes. Many clients start with a website and add SEO or social services later — or never. The site is yours, built on mainstream platforms, and any competent provider can pick it up. We would rather earn the next engagement than engineer dependence.
Will we be able to update the website ourselves?
Yes. You will be able to edit text, images, pages and (for stores) products without touching code, and we train you on exactly that before handover. Developer-level changes remain available through us or any provider you choose.
Do you redesign existing websites?
Frequently. A redesign starts with an audit of what the current site earns — rankings, content, enquiries — so the new build preserves what works. Redirect mapping is included whenever URLs change.
What do you need from us to start?
A 45-minute discovery call, access to your domain/hosting (or we set them up in your name), brand assets if they exist, and one decision-maker for approvals. Content is written with you — you never need to arrive with finished copy.
Do you provide the domain and hosting?
We set them up in your name and under your ownership — you pay providers directly at cost, and the assets are yours from day one. If you already have a domain or hosting, we work with them; if your current hosting is the performance problem, we will show you the evidence and the alternatives before recommending a move.
